International Shipping
Flat rate shipping is offered at $34 per package.
We ship to most countries by the United States Postal Service's Express Mail International. Transit times are generally 1-2 weeks. Times may vary due to customs inspections.
-We do not offer tracking of international packages.

Please be aware that your country may have additional applicable fees that may be levied for items shipped there. We are not responsible for any of these potential fees, taxes, duties, surcharges etc. and these fees fall under the responsibility of the purchaser.
If for any reason you refuse the package or choose to return the package, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Order received by 5PM PST will ship the following business day.Orders received on weekends or national holidays will ship the following business day.

FEDEX Ground is fully TRACKABLE and cost effective for most packages over 2 lbs. See the map below for transit times of 1 to 6 business days. FEDEXwill NOT deliver to a PO Box.
Delivery Details: FEDEX will attempt to deliver your package on 3 successive business days (excl. Sat., Sun. & holidays). The driver may try to leave your package in a safe place out of the weather. In apartment buildings, FEDEX will frequently NOT leave the package at your door, but may leave it with the apt. manager. Otherwise, if not deliverable in the 3 days, FEDEX will leave a note & hold your package at the local FEDEX center for 5 business days before returning it to us. To prevent your package from being returned to us, call FEDEX at the number on the door tag to arrange for pickup. FEDEX will charge a $5 address correction fee if you do not provide a complete and accurate ship-to address, including name, precise street name, apt/suite #, and correct zip code.
Transit Time
This map indicates the approximate (not guaranteed) number of BUSINESS days to ship a package from A Cut Above's location in Southern California, to your area via FEDEX Ground service. Does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or the day the order was placed. (Example: a package we ship on Monday is estimated to arrive in Colorado on Thursday).
Return Policy
EASY EXCHANGES -If you need to exchange, there is no cost to you!
We will email you a pre-paid Fedex ground or USPS label. Just email us at cs@acutaboveuniforms.comwith just your order number and name, and title the email RETURN LABEL REQUESTED
International orders: Customers returning orders from outside the USA are responsible for return postage once received, we will send an exchange free of charge.
All exchanges and returns should include our Return Form. If lost, a handwritten note describing the requested transaction is acceptable.
RETURNS - If you are returning half or more of the value of your original order for a refund, and you request and use one of our pre-paid Fedex labels, your refund will be deducted $11 for the return shipping.
-Initial outbound shipping charges are not refundable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You may return for exchange or refund, within 60 days of delivery, any shirt or other item that is returned in NEW, CLEAN, UNLAUNDERED condition (no dirt, stains, ink marks, pet hair, abnormal odors etc.). Exchanges will be processed and shipped at no additional cost to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if the design, appearance and fit of a product is acceptable BEFORE laundering or use, and you have 60 days to make that decision. Item should be placed in it's original plastic bag before return shipping.
-Laundered shirts are only eligible for store credit and must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date.
-If you believe your shirt was shipped with a defect causing it to become unwearable before the end of its otherwise useable life, we want to know and we will work to resolve any issues.
It is our mission to offer better products and service and we want to know if you are unsatisfied with either.
This Site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, including Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions through this Site. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal information online, and we also take several steps to protect your personal information in our facilities. The majority of information that we collect is obtained through our site; however, during sales campaigns conducted away from our offices, we collect information from people signing up for notifications and/or when making purchases of our products. The pockets are a false flap.This portrays a pocket flap for style reasons but is open along the top for easy access and to eliminate the need for buttoning and eliminates bulging or unbuttoned flaps. A stitch detail accomodates badges. The left pocket has internal velcro for heavier items. The right side is intended for light items like trip sheets and earplugs. A pen's clip can easily fasten around the top of the flap and conceals the pen's body. Picture
Shrinkage has been factored into the sizing charts. The fabric of our pilot shirts is oriented to minimize changes in fit as a result of washing. However, when first trying on the shirt before laundering, please consider;
2G Fabrics: Tapered and Relaxed Fit will shrink about 1" around and 3/4" vertically.
Fitted and Women's will not shrink around the body. They only shrink vertically. Body length shrinkage is 3/4".
1G Fabrics: Tapered and Relaxed Fit fabric will shrink 2% in length and a nominal amount around the body.
Fitted and Women's will shrink 3% in length and a nominal amount around the body.
