We want to know where and how our products fail to meet your expectations. It is expected that you follow the care instructions of our products and that you are reasonable in understanding the natural deterioration away from the original condition of a product. Each return and the decision to grant a store credit or a refund will be made on a case by case basis. If you would like to return an item under the Satisfaction Guarantee Policy, you must fill out this form

You can email this document directly and we will keep it on file for when your product gets returned to us.
1) Once you have completed the form, click the “email” button and electronically send the file to us.
Note: If you have problems emailing directly from the "email" button, you can choose to save the file to your desktop, and attach it to an email addressed to cs@acutaboveuniforms.com
2) When you return your products, just include your name and order number.
