Shipping
Terms and Conditions
We will confirm the validity of the "shipping address" via the Fedex or USPS interface but if a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or if the order is rejected by customs, the customer, or others at the delivery address, the customer is responsible for the shipping expense.
Shipping Options
We do not ship to PO boxes.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries by the United States Postal Service's Express Mail International. Transit times are generally 1-2 weeks. Times may vary due to customs inspections.
-We do not offer tracking of international packages.
-We do not guarantee estimated transit times.
Please be aware that your country may have additional applicable fees that may be levied for imported merchandise. We are not responsible for any of these potential fees, taxes, duties, surcharges etc. and these fees fall under the responsibility of the purchaser. A common rate of fees is 20% in Europe and 15% in Australia.
If for any reason you refuse the package or choose to return the package, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping costs and Sales Tax
All domestic U.S. shipments within the Contiguous United States have the option of being shipped at the flat-rate of $9.00
Sales taxes apply to all orders shipped to Colorado
Delivery Times
For normal ground and international shipping, you will be contacted if your order cannot ship within 3 business days. Holidays and weekends are not business days for us!
Fedex 2 day and overnight shipping options ship the same day if received by 10AM PST. If received after 10AM, these shipping types ship the following business day.
Please note that all estimated transit times do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.

USPS shipping is tracked at the point of pick up from our location and when delivered. We cannot provide more information than that. USPS shipping transit times within the US is between 2 and 5 business days.
Fedex Ground is fully TRACKABLE and cost effective for most packages over 2 lbs. See the map below for transit times of 1 to 6 business days. Fedex will NOT deliver to a PO Box.
Delivery Details: Fedex will attempt to deliver your package on 3 successive business days (excl. Sat., Sun. & holidays). The driver may try to leave your package in a safe place out of the weather. In apartment buildings, Fedex will frequently NOT leave the package at your door, but may leave it with the apt. manager. Otherwise, if not deliverable in the 3 days, Fedex will leave a note & hold your package at the local UPS center for 5 business days before returning it to us. To prevent your package from being returned to us, call Fedex at the number on the door tag to arrange for pickup. Fedex will charge a $5 address correction fee if you do not provide a complete and accurate ship-to address, including name, precise street name, apt/suite #, and correct zip code.

Transit Time
This map indicates the approximate (not guaranteed) number of BUSINESS days to ship a package from A Cut Above's location in Colorado, to your area via Fedex Ground service. Does NOT include Saturday, Sunday, Holidays or the day the order was placed. (Example: a package we ship on Monday is estimated to arrive in Southern California on Thursday).
